RETURN POLICY

All items marketed as 'seconds' are final sale.  I do my best to show flaws and blemishes of these items within the photos - but feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing.  

Returns are accepted on other items within 10 days of Buyer receipt of item/s.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Please email savedbyclay@gmail.com with "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line prior to sending a return by mail.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Items are carefully packaged, and damage in shipping is rare.  If a piece is damaged upon arrival please email savedbyclay@gmail.com with the subject line "DAMAGED ITEM" within 2 days of receipt. Please attach a photo of the damaged item/s in order to make arrangements for replacement.

As a small business, I cannot be responsible for reimbursement if your package is lost or stolen, but I will be happy to assist with the details necessary for a shipping claim with USPS.
