Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, and standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, which varies in delivery speed based on shipping location, but is generally 2-3 days within the Continental US.
Note: Orders with 'Local Pick Up' selected will receive pickup location instructions (Golden, CO) once order is processed. Orders indicating free 'Local Pick Up' must be picked up in Golden, CO and will not be shipped.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Items are carefully packaged, and damage in shipping is rare. If a piece is damaged upon arrival please email savedbyclay@gmail.com with the subject line "DAMAGED ITEM" within 2 days of receipt. Please attach a photo of the damaged item/s in order to make arrangements for replacement.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If an order is lost or stolen, Buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier directly. USPS Priority mail includes insurance coverage, but Buyer is responsible for filing any such claim within the allowable claim window. Details on filing a claim with USPS can be found here.
As a small business, I cannot be responsible for reimbursement if your package is lost or stolen, but I will be happy to assist with the details necessary for a shipping claim with USPS.
